They are not dense so not sure how long they will last. Definitely not firm orthotics, just somewhat more comfort insoles; no arch support to help with pronation issues. Might be too thick to wear with custom orthotics if you need them. I think they’re better than Dr Scholl’s basic insoles, and pricing is reasonable.
